Advances requested in self-service
An employee enters the amount and the reason, and the request joins leave and attendance corrections in the approvals inbox.
Employees request a salary advance or submit an expense claim with a receipt. Approved advances are deducted in the next payroll run; expense claims are reviewed, approved and marked paid.

When the monthly payroll runs, approved advances are deducted from that month’s pay, oldest first, and marked repaid.
Claims carry a category, an amount and a receipt. Claims that break a policy rule, such as a category limit or a missing receipt above a set amount, are flagged for review.
Reviewers filter claims by status and category, approve or reject them, mark them paid and export the list to CSV.
