Information we collect
When you request a demo, Nexora receives the details you enter — name, company, work email, WhatsApp number, company size, priorities and message. When you download a template, it receives your name and email. Each request also carries basic context: the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source, or an ad-click reference such as gclid).
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your request, send the template you asked for, follow up about Nexora, protect the forms from abuse and keep an appropriate business record.
Website analytics
The site measures page speed and clicks on its main buttons with its own collector, which sets no cookie and records no IP address or device identifier. Google Analytics runs only if you choose "Allow analytics"; it then sets cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. You can change that choice at any time from Cookie settings — see the cookie policy.
WhatsApp follow-up
After a demo request you can choose to continue on WhatsApp. That opens WhatsApp with a message containing your request details, which you can review before sending; WhatsApp (Meta) then handles it under its own terms. Nothing is shared with WhatsApp unless you choose to continue there.
Sharing and processors
Requests are stored with our database provider (Supabase) and our web host, and may pass through the email service we use to notify our team. Google processes analytics data only if you allow analytics. We do not sell personal information. Personal data inside the Nexora product is covered by each customer’s agreement.
Retention and your rights
We keep lead information only while there is a legitimate business or legal need for it. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction or deletion, email support@nexorahr.net.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
