How to request deletion
Email support@nexorahr.net from the address connected to your account, using the subject "Nexora HR Account Deletion Request". Include your full name, the email address or username you sign in with, your company or workspace name if you know it, and a clear statement that you want your Nexora HR account deleted.
What is deleted
Once the request is verified, Nexora deletes or anonymizes the personal data held against your account wherever deletion is permitted by law and by the business-record obligations that apply to your employer. That covers the sign-in record and profile details, personal contact information in your employee profile, uploaded profile images and personal documents, device tokens, app preferences and notification settings, and support or HR inbox messages that are not required as a business, legal, payroll or compliance record.
What may be kept
Nexora HR is a workplace system, so some records stay under the control of your employer for payroll, attendance, tax, legal, audit, security or employment-compliance reasons. Those can include payroll, payslip, salary, tax, invoice and subscription records; attendance, leave, approval and audit-log records; employment records required by your employer or by applicable law; and security logs needed to prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized access.
Timeline and retention
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Records that must be retained for legal, tax, payroll, security or employer-compliance reasons are kept only for as long as those purposes require, then deleted or anonymized.
Workspace-managed accounts
If your account was created by your employer or a company administrator, Nexora may need to coordinate with that organization before deleting employment records it controls. You can still submit the request from the email address above.
