Self-service, sign-in security and guided setup
The August release widens what employees can do without contacting HR, adds a second factor to sign-in, and walks new workspaces through their first configuration.
- Employee self-service portal covering announcements, growth, benefits, learning, policy acknowledgement and company assets.
- Time-based one-time passcodes (TOTP) as a second factor at sign-in, plus fingerprint unlock on Android as a fast path over the existing PIN.
- A guided first-run setup for new workspaces, and role-aware product tours that point each persona at the modules they own.
- Break time management in attendance: break policies, schedules and per-employee break logs kept separate from check-in and check-out.
- Arabic and right-to-left support across the product interface.
